2. Our Contract With You

2.1 These terms and conditions apply:

• so far as the context allows, to you as a visitor to Our Website; and

• in any event to you as a buyer or prospective buyer of our Services.

2.2 When the payment for our services has been received you will receive the written Service Agreement (Contract) by email. We will also confirm details of your purchase receipt.

2.3 We cannot guarantee that every Service advertised on our website is available. If at any time a Service for which you have paid becomes unavailable, we will immediately refund any money you have paid.

2.4 The terms that apply to you are those included in the service agreement sent to you on the day you order Services.

2.5 If we owe you money (for this or any other reason), we will credit your payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 7 days from the date of the refund request.

3. Your Account With Us

4.2 Payment is required upfront through the payment method provided by us and sent to your email address.

4.3 Our social media advertising services are typically delivered via digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

4.4 Once payment has been made and your order confirmed, we will contact you to initiate the onboarding process.

4.5 If we are unable to commence services within 14 days of your order, we will notify you and provide the option for a full refund.

4.6 You may cancel our Services at any time with 30 days’ written notice by emailing hello@skyhighdigitalservices.com.

4.7 You may not share or allow others to use the Services in your name.

4.8 We reserve the right to make changes to our service offering and delivery method at our discretion. We will inform you of any major changes in writing.

4.9 If a change we make requires action from you and you do not act accordingly, we reserve the right to pause or terminate the Services.

5. Our Refund Policy

5.1 We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase for all digital advertising services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Refunds are only granted if less than 15% of the service has been completed and if no advertising campaigns have been launched.

5.4 We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with these terms.

6. Foreign Taxes, Duties and Import Restrictions

6.1 If you are not in the United Kingdom, you are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws in your country regarding the import or use of our Services.

6.2 We are not liable for any local taxes, duties, or restrictions that may apply to your use of our Services.

7. Dissatisfaction with the Services

• The date the issue occurred;

• How and when you became aware of it;

• The outcome you expect;

• Any supporting information.

8. Disclaimers
